Hey there, let me share a story that I came across recently. It’s a bank robbery that took place in Zimbabwe and what happened during the robbery will leave you with valuable lessons.

During the robbery, the bank robber told everyone in the bank to stay still and not move. The robber said that the money belonged to the government and their lives belonged to them. The customers in the bank obeyed quietly. This incident is known as the “Mind Changing Concept” because it changes the way people think about such situations.

What caught my attention during this robbery was the robber’s professionalism. When a woman lay on the table in a suggestive way, the robber told her to be civilized because this was a robbery, not a rape. This is called “Being Professional” because the robber only focused on what he was trained to do.

After the robbery, the robbers discussed how much money they had stolen. The younger robber who had an MBA suggested that they count the money they had stolen. However, the older robber who had only completed primary school said that they had stolen too much money and it would take too long to count. He suggested that they watch the news to find out how much they had stolen. This is called “Experience” because experience is more important than paper qualifications.

But, what happened after the robbers had left was shocking. The bank manager told the supervisor to call the police. But the supervisor suggested that they take $10 million from the bank for themselves and add it to the $70 million they had already embezzled from the bank. This is called “Swim with the tide” because they were trying to turn the situation to their advantage. The supervisor even said that it would be good if there was a robbery every month, which is called “Killing Boredom” because personal happiness is more important than your job.

The next day, the news reported that $100 million had been stolen from the bank. The robbers counted the money, but they could only find $20 million. They were angry and complained that they had risked their lives for only $20 million. They realized that it was better to be educated than to be a thief because the bank manager had taken $80 million with a snap of his fingers. This is called “Knowledge is worth as much as gold!” The bank manager was happy because the robbery had covered his losses in the share market. This is called “Seizing the opportunity” because he dared to take risks.

In conclusion, this story shows us that experience is more valuable than paper qualifications, professionalism is crucial in every situation, and taking risks can sometimes pay off. But it’s also a reminder that greed can lead to downfall. So, let’s be wise and learn from these lessons.
